Communications Subcommittee

• Facilitate communication between the ICEBP and member organizations: It is important that an open exchange of issues regarding the implementation of evidence based guidelines occurs amongst perfusionists on a global scale. To this end, several international organizations have joined this effort. It is one of the core responsibilities of this committee to develop relationships with these groups. This committee will make sure that the consortium's progress is communicated back to the member organizations and that any concerns or areas of interest is relayed to the appropriate ICEBP committee.
• Facilitate communication and develop tools to increase the productivity of the ICEBP committees: The work of the ICEBP is a group collaboration of many individuals all over the world. This committee will explore and support software and any other means to make the efforts of these volunteer clinicans as productive as possible.
• Use all available means to communicate the activity of the ICEBP to members of the perfusion community and other related clinicians: All forms of communication will be explored to relay the activities and accomplishments of the ICEBP back to practicing clinicians. This will certainly include newsletters and a current website but will not be limited to those methods.
